Stryvur respects your privacy. This document explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What We Collect

Account information: Your Apple ID identifier and name (provided when you sign in with Apple).
Fitness data: Goals, check-ins, completed workouts, food logs, water intake, and other in-app entries.
Apple Health data: With your permission, we read steps, sleep, heart rate, resting heart rate, active calories, exercise minutes, weight, and body fat percentage.
Behavior patterns: Approximate times of day you check in, complete workouts, and log meals. This powers adaptive notifications.

To personalize your training plan, nutrition recommendations, and sleep guidance.
To generate Coach's Notes and adapt your plan based on your check-ins and health data.
To send notifications at times that match your patterns.
To sync your data across devices through your account.

We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not use your health data for advertising.
We do not share Apple Health data with anyone outside the app.
We do not access your data when the app is closed beyond what's needed to refresh notifications and sync.

Apple Health data stays on your device and is only read when you use the app.
Account and fitness data is stored on our backend (Supabase) and is associated with your account ID.

Disconnect Apple Health anytime from the Health section on the Today tab.
Toggle individual health metrics on or off.
Delete your account and all associated data from the profile menu (Today tab → top-left person icon → Delete Account). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Stryvur is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
