Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Stryvur → Cancel Subscription. You can also access this from the Stryvur app's profile menu (top-left person icon) → Manage Subscription.
How do I delete my account?
In the Stryvur app, tap the profile icon (top-left of the Today tab) → Delete Account → Continue → confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all data.
How do I disconnect Apple Health?
In Stryvur, go to the Today tab → tap the profile icon → Health Manage. You can also do this in the iOS Settings app → Health → Data Access & Devices → Stryvur.
What's the difference between Free and Paid?
Free users keep Apple Health sync, manual workout/meal logging, and workout history. Paid subscribers (monthly $7.99 or annual $49.99) unlock AI Coach's Notes — personalized fitness insights that adapt based on your data, check-ins, and goals.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you start your trial, you get full premium access for 7 days. You won't be charged until day 7. If you cancel before day 7 (in iOS Settings → Subscriptions), you won't be charged. After day 7, you'll be billed at the price you selected (monthly or annual) and your subscription auto-renews until cancelled.
I'm not seeing my Apple Health data sync.
Verify Stryvur has permission: iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Stryvur → enable the metrics you want to share. Then reopen Stryvur and pull down on the Today tab to refresh.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open Stryvur → tap the profile icon (top-left) → Restore Purchase. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID, your active subscription will be restored.
The app crashed or something isn't working right.
Try these steps: (1) Force close and reopen Stryvur. (2) Restart your device. (3) Check for app updates in the App Store. If the issue continues, email us at jon.metz1013@gmail.com with details about what you were doing when the issue occurred.
